New Unexpected Growth Hacks For Enormous Scale

Here are ten proven ways to grow your business fast

Here are ten proven ways to grow your business fast:

10. Dialing for dollars

While scary and often dull, cold-calling prospects are incredibly effective for filling the sales pipeline. For transactional products, cold calling usually brings instant rewards.

Set a time goal for best results each day and have the team call prospects using the same script.

9. Work your network

The most valuable asset any person has is their network. These are not followers but people for whom you have a phone number and email—those who will take your call and want to help.

For best results, call your contacts to get advice. For example, “I was hoping you could help…”

8. Ask for help

The majority of successful entrepreneurs and investors want to help others. All you have to do is ask. Start by sending messages on LinkedIn to the most successful people in your industry.

For best results, write out some insightful questions that can only be answered by those who have conquered the space. Then, ask who else they know that you should talk to. Using this method, I ended up in a thirty-minute one-on-one with a famous tech entrepreneur.

7. Set daily goals

When faced with growing a company quickly, it is best to set daily goals that all members of the co-founding team can focus on. First, your goal may be one new customer in the next twenty-four hours. The day begins with a meeting about who you know will buy today.

For best results, the co-founding team must be willing to be uncomfortable.

6. Help others

In the past, we have done Habitat for Humanity workdays, charity auctions, and event volunteering. Go with the idea of meeting people rather than pitching your business. Those who show interest can be scheduled for one-on-one meetings at a later date.

For best results, clearly understand the volunteer opportunities that are important to your target market.

5. Crash an event

Seriously, have your team attend an event to which you were not invited. Wear company swag with an interesting message or dress in costume and give something of value to the attendees.

For best results, provide a service or gift that is very much needed at the event but has less value outside of it. For example, provide free rides home from a cocktail mixer or branded water bottles at a beach or desert event.

4. Take over a booth

It always happens that some companies purchase booths at trade shows or conferences and then never manage them. When you see this, take turns having members of your team man their booth as if they are employees of the other company. Be sure to take pictures, post them on social media, and tag the company that missed the event.

For best results, be sure the company with the empty booth is not attending before taking over.

3. Stay at the Ritz

While being frugal is important, never stay at a discount hotel. Instead, go to where decision-makers are. In most major cities, this is the Ritz Carlton. While expensive, a few hours at the bar or gym can lead to new business.

For best results, have something worthwhile to say when asked, “What do you do?”

2. Go for a run

Starting a company is stressful on all fronts. However, being in a state of fear, concern, or worry is not conducive to making good decisions. Instead of worrying when doubt occurs, go for a run, swim, or bike ride. The point is to do something that changes the stress from mental to physical. Afterward, the mental stress will melt away, giving you a clear head to determine the best course of action.

For best results, do this as a team. Anytime someone starts to worry, complain, or question, have the entire team go for a run.

1. Build a new habit

The number one way to get to the next level is to create a new habit. While it takes 30 days of focused effort, the results change your mind and body so that you can do things you were not competent in before the new habit.

For best results, start small to learn the process. For example, do 20 push-ups when you get out of bed in the morning. The point is to learn how to be intentional, as most people live on autopilot most of the time.

Hope this helps
